New Paths!!



DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF: I've found that being more open and divrese has reduced my feelings of stress because it has helped me reinforce the fact that life is so much bigger than the things I sometimes worry about.

Great Quote, sometimes I'm really glad that everyday I have these quotes to gude me through. Its so easy to give advice, but we ourselves sometimes have a hard time living my the same words of wisdom. So I hurt my wrist last week, It is sprained. I had a couple of days off work and needless to say the gym. I tried the other night with my own weights here at home to life a 10pd, in the bad hand. NOT happening. It still shoots a pain. I guess this is a lesson learned for me. Thats what happens when you try to over exceed something. Probably will be taking it easy again this week with the weights. The doc says if I baby it I won't have to go to physio, but if I try to use it, I will do more harm than anything. So needless to say I have been lost without going to the gym. Being off gives me too much time to myself, and for all who knows me, too much time to myself means too much thinking and over analysing. Got a phone call this morning that a friend is in the hospital, so will be visiting today. Hope all is alright.... Well will be chatting soon, love ya all.

Amateur Body Builder of the Week!!

Wow, I am on top of the world. I could not ask for more inspiration right now. I feel like the most famous person on the earth. The other night I entered on bodybuilding.com www.bodybuilding.com in the amateur of the week, and today I got the response back that I won. I will be on there in about 6-10 weeks. they said. Holy Tomoly is all I have to say. I am getting noticed. I have also been getting alot of fan mail since I have been on these sites. Watch out all, here I come... And no worries, this will not go to my head, well allittle, but will never change who I am or how I live my life. I will always be me, bubbly as well cute, LOL, as most will say. I love all the great feedback and nice things everyone has to say and I promise I will email everyone who emails me. That is the least I can do, It may take allittle time, but I will get back to ya.

Had a great cardio session this morning along with abs which I hate doing, but that is what I really want to focus on. Eating as I type, my half a dozen egg whits with garlic and chillie peppers. Heading back to the gym again here in about an hour, got some company for the night so allittle excited.

I sent back the camera today and well that was just a hassel, but all done. Had to fill out custom papers to get my money back, and emailed the guy who sent me the camera who said it was suppose to make noise, Nice Uh.. I aint no stupied gal. It cost me $36 to send it back and you bet you butt, I will get that back with the full refund of the camer. Well have a wonderful day. I am having an amazing day.

New Cam Arrived!!




Hey, Just thought I'd leave ya a pic for ya, mostly for me to keep me going. I've been dieting for 3 weeks and 3 days now, and today I'm really not enjoying it. So I have to keep looking at the pictures to remind myself that this is what I want and all the work I am doing is all worth it. I am on my way to the gym to do biceps and triceps. I already did my cardio this morning and abs. I got my digital video camera today, and well, allittle disappointed. I think it is broken. I am going to a store on my way to the gym to see if it is or not, and if it is, means got to send it back. RAHHHH!!!!

Well I have finished my tuna and salad, and I had allittle brown rice, really needed some carbs today. Blue Grass Festival

DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF: If you've experienced genuine humility in your own life, you've already seen its gentle power in action. You've seen how well people respond to mumility with respect, forgiveness, and grace.

What a weekend. I went the my first Blue Grass Festival.... It was alot a fun, diffently have to learn the 2 step dance... Pretty tired though now, not use to being up late, but I got to eat the way I normally do. It is hard sometimes when you have to pack your food to go, but everyone ate with me. We got the best vote for the best smelling food. I will be known as the girl with all the meat... Had beautiful wheather all weekend. This weekend showed me that although I work crazy weird hours and train and eat, the rest, that I still can have some what of a normal life, as long as I respect others have a normal life and they respect my way of living at the moment, It was great.

So exciting news, check me out on http://www.amg-lite.com/muscletease/ , I made it on another site. Andy is so nice and great to talk to. This site is all female bodybuilders, and I am on it. LOL... I am getting famous. I even got alot of emails from it just being on there since friday and another site who wants to have me on there. Givener... I like this whole net working thing. Mid Week!!

DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF: It's ironic, but often our most effective thinking and our best ideas come not when we are forcing thoughts or ideas, but instead when we choose to wait.

Hey All, I see your still all checking out My Space, hope your all coming here too. Been getting great feedback from everyone who has been on my site. It's kinda cool... Having a blahh week, don't know wheather its the moon and stars, dieting, training or I'm just plainly getting burnt out. I have been none stop the last few weeks, months really. With work, dieting, training, photoshoots to get this up and running. The summer is almost over and I feel like I have missed it all. Think I just need to have a tan at least to feel like I'm human. I start soon enough for the next show which is all sponsored my Sun World Tanning Salon. Haven't been sleeping well, or enough maybe. I came home early from work today and slept for 6 hours straight, which is so not like me. I didn't even get up to do cardio this morning, but didn't really eat all day either. I am usually counting the last hour to eat, but not the last few days. Maybe I am fighting something.
On the brighter side, I got my passport signed yesterday by my doctor. Now I can travel. He looked at me and said what a change since the first time he met me 6 years ago. I was very underweight, always sick and look at me now, I am very healthy, hardly visiting him and a bodybuilder. LOL... My doctor rocks. Redmon's mom was in town and I finally got to meet her, we had a great time together. I've got a new best friend. Her second night here, she bought me a steak and we all hate together at my last feeding time ( That was cool). We went out for supper last night to My Fathers Mustache. It wasn't so bad, but didn't get to eat on time, but it was cool. I had 2 chicken breast cooked the way I love it, burnt on lettuce. It was cool that the chef made a special meal for me.
Have an exam tomorrow at work. Food Safety.... Fun stuff, I hate writting test, but got to do what they tell me too, me loves me job. Well off to bed, will chat with ya all later this week, hopefully I'll be in a better mood, can't wait till friday to carb up and have something sweat. Will tell you soon what the plan is, but not yet, just don't want to jinks myself, but its good. LOL...

Sundays are so long...


Hey all, its been a long weekend.... Today was so busy at work, I came home and just passed out for an hour. Glad that I don't train on Sunday's. Feeling very bloated this weekn, not sure what is going on, or maybe its just water retention. I had a great workout on sat, went to Fitness FX with a friend. Its nice to go with some one and do their routine. I think that I impressed him with the weights I was doing. I'd have to say, I am a tuff cookie. The photo shoot on Friday went very well, even though I was not in the greatest mood and didn't feel well. The pictures all turned out great. now just have to send them to my webmaster. I even did a couple of videos, so they will be on my site here soon enough. I learn all my poses from magizines. learning slowly, we all start somewhere. Sometimes we have to work from the bottom right up to the top, its cool to see all the progress. I have noticed so much change in my body just from the last 2 weeks. This is week 3 coming up. It's not as bad now, but still hard. My diet is so my cleaner then the last 2 times. so we will see all the hard work in the end. Just wanted to stop in and let ya know whats going on, I am heading to bed, 4:00am comes early. Hope you like the pic.

Vicki's Day off


DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF: The act of being generous means that you are geared toward giving. You're willing to let go of things-your time, possessions, money and so forth.

Well its friday and it's my only day off. I have not done anything so far. Waiting for the phone call to go do photos this evening. Have not gone to the gym today, just means tomorrow is going to be a long day between work and gym a few times. Have to make up what I miss, very important to do so during training for a competition. Just feeling very tired today. Got to eat carbs, and my favorite thing to eat is oatmeal, so I had 3 bowls, with eat meal of course. I am tomorrow 2 weeks into dieting, Yippee. Each time is allittle different because time you learn something new for the next time. I am getting lean fast. I got on the scale today, which has always been very scary for me. I just don't like them. I only have lost .2pd this week, but by my fat percentage, I have lost 3 %. I know that is the goal, is to lose bodyfat, but still it is very discouraging sometimes when the weight number does not go down. I am feeling great about how I look and the weeks ahead.

I got all my passport forms this week and got most of it filled out. have to get the photo done, which plan on doing tomorrow some how between all the workouts and work and eating. Got a doctor appointment next week to get him to sign for the passport. So things are looking up. I will need it and I hate doing things at the last minute. Will be looking for flight prices soon, too see how much I have to save for. It costs alot of money to do this, but it is all worth it.

Been doing some marketing, and will soon me on another website. It will be added to my links as soon as I get the email saying I'm on the site. I also have a friend who is going to do some marketing for me as well. So we will see what will happen.

Happy Natal Day!!


DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF: Most of us have times when we treat small stuff like it's really big stuff. From my perspective, the more often we catch ourselves doing so, the better off we will be.Well things are going great with everything between work, training dieting, life in general. I am feeling good about everything. Although there is always room for improvement. So I made it through the first week of dieting and lost weighing in at now 128pd. Allitle cranky but the first week is alway tuff, just getting off all the good stuff your body is use too. Trained Biceps and Abs today. Not a big fan of the Abs, but got to do them. I have a few guys who help me out at the gym, thank god for them sometimes for the motivation. So I may have a change in plans about competeing in Novemeber. The plan was to go to Newfoundland on the 18th, but not written in stone yet, may be doing one sooner, still up in the air, depends how I look I guess. Either way I am competin in May. Well I have to go eat, will chat with ya all soon, Hope you all like the photos. And yes you have to pay to see them. This will help me to have some funds to beable to compete in all the upcoming shows.

Hello everyone, This has been the best week ever. I ordered my digital video cam from ebay which should be here in a few weeks. Then all the videos will be started for the web site. I am also in the Sept issue of MUSCLEMAG, p 244 in the canadian corner. Today is 15 weeks out for the NLABBA Comp, and I just got the email from Diana about the website. It's really happening... I feel like a superstar. There are some changes, but I am very impressed.

Work is going great, busy as it is still the summertime and loving all of it. $$ is very good... And I love everyone I work with. When I brought in the mag, they were all so proud, they are putting me in the monthly HR report. I am just famous everywhere. LOL

Training is going great, very sore, not use to this workout, it feels like the very first time I worked out. Diet, well, its only been 1 week today, I was so excited to carb up yesterday. The first week is always hard, but hanging in there, now that everything is coming together for me, it all motivates me.

Well off to eat my meal then off to the gym then work. And hopefully the fireworks will still be on tonight for Natal Day.See you all soon.
